Hostel Guidelines

These rules are designed to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of all residents. Please read and follow them carefully to maintain a peaceful living environment.

Security & Safety

•All residents must carry their ID cards at all times
•No unauthorized visitors allowed in rooms
•Guests must be registered at the reception
•Visiting hours: 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM only
•No male visitors allowed in the hostel premises
•Report any suspicious activity immediately
•Emergency contact numbers are displayed in common areas

Timings & Curfew

•Gate closing time: 9:00 PM sharp
•Late entry requires prior permission
•Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
•Kitchen closes at 9:30 PM
•Laundry room closes at 8:00 PM
•Gym hours: 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Room & Accommodation

•No room swapping without permission
•Keep rooms clean and organized
•No cooking in rooms
•No pets allowed
•Report maintenance issues immediately
•Respect roommates' privacy and space
•No smoking or alcohol consumption

Dining & Kitchen

•Mandatory attendance for meals
•Inform in advance if skipping meals
•No food wastage
•Clean your plates after meals
•Kitchen is closed between meal times
•No outside food in dining area
•Respect kitchen staff and their work

Facilities & Amenities

•WiFi password is for residents only
•TV room closes at 10:00 PM
•Gym equipment must be used properly
•Report any facility damage immediately
•Laundry schedule must be followed
•Common areas must be kept clean
•No personal items in common areas

Parking & Vehicles

•Two-wheeler parking available
•Register vehicles at reception
•No parking in restricted areas
•Vehicle entry/exit: 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM
•Follow parking guidelines
•No vehicle modifications allowed

Environment & Cleanliness

•Segregate waste properly
•Use water and electricity responsibly
•No plastic usage in hostel
•Maintain garden areas
•Report any environmental concerns
•Participate in cleanliness drives

General Conduct

•Respect all residents and staff
•No loud music or noise
•No photography without permission
•Follow dress code in common areas
•No political or religious discussions
•Maintain hostel's reputation
•Report any violations to management

Violations

• First violation: Warning
• Second violation: Fine
• Third violation: Termination of stay
• Serious violations: Immediate termination
